 We are a Veteran owned family business. Our unmatched attention to detail has served us well in our nearly 30 years combined service in the cleaning industry. What we use to clean your home makes its way into our bodies. We only use products derived from all natural ingredients, reducing the possibility of them having an adverse reaction to you or someone you love. We make it right the first time so your home continues to be your sanctuary.

While we always love to see and interact with any pet. We have pets too! We also understand that strangers in a pets home could be stressful to your pets and create an unsafe environment for our technicians and your pets. We always ask that they be put in a safe and comfortable space away from unfamiliar people, noises, and smells. Our hoses make loud noises which could cause your pet to run away from the home, or trigger a territorial response that could cause your pet to harm us or a loved one and we want everyone to be as happy when we arrive as when we leave. 

We carry insurance, bonds, and accreditation's from the IICRC (Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification) for our employees and anyone who may be working  in your home. We also guarantee customer satisfaction. So, in the unlikely event, something is not cleaned the way that you expected. Let us know, and we will do our best to make things right.

The short answer is YES! We ask that you do a couple things before we arrive. The most important is a good old fashion vacuum. While we do vacuum as we go, our system isn't set up for removing hair from the carpet. We would be happy to vacuum for you prior to deep cleaning the carpet for an additional fee. We also ask that furniture, toys, clothing, etc. are moved so that we can clean around and under them. We do offer moving services for an additional fee. 

We accept all major forms of payment. For example, credit cards, cash, and checks. Returned checks would incur a $75.00 fee in addition to the invoice amount. 

We provide invoices and receipts all via E-mail because of our commitment to keeping our environment clean. We can provide paper copies upon request but we try and minimize the amount of paper we use.
